Design a web product that simplifies the choice process so that potential buyers can familiarise themselves with the product ranges and variants before visiting a showroom. The tool should also serve in-store staff as a sales-aid to assist with product walk-through.
Having defined the problem and identified the solution, design planning and research is the next step. I'll start with a mood board as an inspirational launchpad into rough sketches, wireframes and task flows. These are my first steps into identifying solutions to user needs.
